Bought a custom made sectional sofa set, but after making the initial payment I wanted to change the design entirely. The service was exceptional. Later on I added a carpet to the order. The delivery of the sectional was delayed a bit, because it took a while for the factory to receive the custom made metal parts. The quality of materials used for the sectional seems to be very good. Will have to see how it holds up over time, but I am confident. All in all: very satisfied with the buying experience, and overall quality. Top.
